During the game, just lift up your wrist to see running distance, time, calories, and current heart rate. Swipe right to view the control center and end the game. The summary on the watch includes detailed health metrics and movement data. The full summary in the History tab of your iPhone app also includes a heat map of your activity and a detailed heart rate graph.
