After each stroke, just lift up your wrist to see total strokes, time, calories, and average heart rate. Swipe right to view the Control Center and end the session. The session summary includes detailed health metrics and a breakdown of forehands, backhands, and serves. You can check the summary later in your iPhone app in History tab.
