At the foot of Mont Blanc, Chamonix becomes the global heart of trail running—bringing together elite athletes, amateur runners, support crews and fans from around the world. The flagship UTMB race is one of the sport’s ultimate tests: 174 kilometres around Mont Blanc through France, Italy and Switzerland, with more than 9,900 metres of elevation gain and up to 46 hours and 45 minutes to reach the finish line. Beyond the distance, runners must navigate technical terrain, changing weather, limited sleep and the mental challenge of continuing when the body begins to resist.
This year, Team Amazfit arrives in Chamonix with Ruth Croft, Rod Farvard, Martina Valmassoi, Ben Dhiman, Rosa Lara and Fernanda Maciel—an international group of trail and ultra runners who continue to redefine what is possible in the mountains. Throughout training and competition, the athletes use Amazfit technology to support navigation, performance and recovery. The Cheetah 2 Ultra and T-Rex 3 Pro provide tools designed for demanding trail environments, while the Helio Strap helps athletes understand how their bodies are responding between efforts. Technology cannot run the race for an athlete, but it can provide useful information when decisions matter most.
Chamonix is about more than race results. It is where the trail-running community comes together to share knowledge, experience and encouragement. If you are going to be in Chamonix, come join us for mobility and core sessions, a live conversation with Ben Dhiman and Rod Farvard, and a social run through the mountains. At Zepp Health, we believe intelligent health technology should help people understand themselves better and take greater control of their wellbeing. Trail running brings that belief to life: progress is built through consistent preparation, performance, recovery and the support of a wider community. Meet Team Amazfit, explore advice from the athletes and discover everything happening throughout race week at the Amazfit Trail Running Hub.
