Mr. Deng joined us as chief financial officer in October, 2020. Mr. Deng has 17 years of experience in accounting, financial management, manufacturing, and international business with Royal Philips.
Mr. Mike Yan Yeung
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mike Yan Yeung has served as our chief operating officer since January 2015. Prior to joining us, Mr. Yeung served as a vice president of Shunwei Capital, a China-based venture capital firm.

Mr. Wayne Wang Huang
Chairman & CEO
Wang Huang, our founder, has been our CEO and chairman since our inception. With extensive experience in China's tech industry, he founded Anhui Huami in 2013 to develop smart wearables. Previously, he founded Hefei Huaheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., focused on tablets and apps, and Hefei Huakai Yuanheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., for embedded Linux. Mr. Huang has received numerous accolades, including "Anhui Economic Person of the Year 2015." He holds a bachelor's in applied physics from the University of Science and Technology of China. He serves on our board as a director appointed by Co-Founder Entities.
Mr. De Liu
Director
Mr. De Liu has been our director since April 2015. He is a co-founder and senior vice president at Xiaomi, overseeing organizational matters and serving as the party committee secretary. Mr. Liu is highly regarded in industrial design, with numerous awards including 5 Red Dot Design Awards, 18 iF Design Awards, and 10 Red Star Design Awards. He holds positions such as vice-chairman of China Industrial Design Association and director of Viomi Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu has received prestigious honors such as "Zhongguancun Top Talent" in 2015 and "Beijing Top Innovative and Entrepreneurial Leading Talent" in 2016. He serves on our board as a director appointed by People Better Limited.
Mr. Bing Xie
Independent Director
Mr. Xie Bing was Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of Texas Instrument, leading the worldwide sales and applications teams. Mr. Xie started his career at Hewlett-Packard, and later joined Bay Networks and 3Com. He has lived and worked in China, Italy, America and Canada. Mr. Xie holds a bachelor of science degree in electronics engineering from Xidian University, and an MBA from Clemson University.
Mr. Xiaojun Zhang
Director
Mr. Xiaojun Zhang, our director since April 2015, also serves as vice president at Anhui Huami, overseeing human resources and strategy. With a background spanning roles in human resources and administration, he holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature from Anhui University. Appointed by the Co-Founder Entities, he brings valuable leadership to our board.
Ms. Yunfen Lu

Ms. Yunfen LuDirectorMs. Yunfen Lu has been our director since April 2015 and also serves as director in several related companies. With expertise in financial accounting and supply chain management, she previously held roles such as financial controller at Hefei Huaheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and various responsibilities at Hefei Huakai Yuanheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Lu earned her secondary vocational degree in accounting from Shanghai Lixin Vocational School of Accounting. She serves on our board as a director appointed by the Co-Founder Entities.
Mr. Jimmy Lai
Independent Director
Mr. Jimmy Lai has been our director since February 2018. He brings extensive financial expertise, having served as CFO in various NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies in China, including China Online Education Group, Chukong Technologies Corp., and Linktone Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree in statistics from National Cheng Kung University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas. Mr. Lai is also a certified public accountant licensed in Texas.
Dr. Hongjiang Zhang
Independent Director
Dr. Hongjiang Zhang, our director since February 2018, brings a wealth of experience. He currently holds roles as a venture partner at Source Code Capital, senior advisor at Carlyle Group, and Chairman of Beijing Academy of AI. Dr. Zhang serves as an independent director for AAC Technologies Holdings Inc., BabyTree Group, and Digital China Ltd. He previously served as CEO of Kingsoft Corporation Limited and Kingsoft Cloud. Dr. Zhang also held executive positions at Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Labs. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
